    • I gave a presentation at WordCamp Netherlands recently about mental health in the tech sector. The only tech events I attend, tend to be WordCamp’s, but my talk was quite suitable for a more broad audience in the tech world.

Do any of you know any suitable conferences I could submit my talk to? Bonus points if they’re in Europe, but I can also travel if it’s a major event :)

    • Hi Ryan,

I believe there are multiple tech conferences and events are happening in Europe.

DrupalCon is similar to WordCamp, you can apply to speak there about this topic.

      Regards!

    • The wider PHP community have various PHPConferences and they are open to mental health talks, BSides which are security conferneces, but low key similar to smaller WordCamps often have a mental health talks.

But whike I think the WordPress community is particularly open to such talks, I think almost any but the hyper focused tech conferences would at least be worth pitching to.

    • Hello Ryan,

I think you’re presentation is also suitable for marketing (affiliate, SEO, social, etc.) conferences. As it is a highly competitive industry, depression is also at higher rates here.

I just returned home from Tesaffiliateconferences.com, which would have been a great host for your speech. Anyway, get in touch, and I will help you put together a list of conferences in SEO and Affiliate marketing to which you should pitch your presentation.
