    @33:46 Twitter, Google Search, YouTube, Facebook, Wikipedia, LinkedIn, Yelp, eBay, Amazon, etc. None of these membership sites had anything “valuable” when they launched. They scaled because of user-submitted content. The users made these sites valuable.

    Also, users are not getting “spoiled.” On the contrary… many business users are up-sold products they don’t even need. No CRM automation tool or B2B SaaS wrapper will help a failing business model. Forget, this, not. (Yoda voice)

    My colleague was all giddy about getting some Inbound Marketing “badge” to place on their website. SMH.
