Pushing for more diversity” will never work because nobody wants to feel like a “diversity hire”, or “quota”.

It’s bad to see that the WordPress community embraces identity politics such as sexism and racism. Women can’t speak for themselves, they need help to take part, black people are oppressed we need to help them feel included etc. Sexism and racism of low expectations.
The promotion of segregation as in “Ladies Learning Code”, “Black girls code”? When did segregation based on sex and ethnicity become a good thing? How can segregation be a good thing for “diversity”?

Sexism and racism of low expectations.
