  Nice to see https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-custom-fields/ is finally back to normal, I assume they will now move all their code off the wp.org repo, which I think any serious plugin author would.

    Now this is done right, forked as a new plugin. Doesn’t looks so great without hijacking Advanced Custom Fields reputation. Definitely not worth messing with all the users in the first place.

  One of the things that amazes me is that we can freely comment on this WPTavern website, saying whatever I want about Matt—both good and bad, or even worse. The fact is, this website is Matt’s hosted media outlet on Pressable (which is owned by Matt), and he actually allows comments that are against him on this site.

  I still don’t know why it happened (the cause or background) and what actually happened that caused so much of wrestle between WP engine and automatic but, I was and I’m still sympathetic with automatic and sided with automatic I’m just shocked that how childish this got with so much of audience and website shares in the CMS world.
