eherman24 As a plugin developer, I’ve built auto updates into a plugin or two I’ve released. There is an option on the settings page to opt-out , but out of the box it’s set to auto update. I haven’t had many issues with users complaining about the auto update feature, and find that it keeps everyone on the same version which helps to mitigate support requests from users who are still using outdated versions. On another note, I noticed repository only tracks minor updates such as 1.1, 1.2 etc. It doesn’t get any more granular, like 1.1.1 or 1.1.2 etc.. Hopefully they update this to track the minor releases as well.
