Samuel "Otto" Wood Review threads, like all other threads in the forum, auto-close themselves after 1 year. Honestly, a year seems like plenty of time to respond. Now, don’t get me wrong. Reviews, including their ratings, can still be edited by their original authors regardless of the closed state. So, if you address the problem, then there’s still a chance the person can come back and adjust their review. It’s possible.
