Justin Tadlock It’s not really that often. Once every two months or so. Really, it seems like it happens a lot when it does and never when it doesn’t. It happens more often with photography Web sites in my experience. I try to keep an educational atmosphere at Theme Hybrid though and explain things fully rather than just providing simple answers. I think I have some of the smartest users who are willing and eager to learn for the most part. @Mika – That’s why I prefer paid support. Folks tend to argue a lot less. :)
