David Bisset (@dimensionmedia) Ha, we are planning WordCamp Miami 2016 right now (and of course 2015). :) But just wanted to add on to this: “I’d like to see more WordCamps incorporate the same or a similar session at the beginning of the event, especially if it’s the first one for the area.” Great idea for smaller or newer WordCamps. For larger and longer-running WordCamps, they shouldn’t discount this either but for those not able to fit it into the schedule… use the local meetup prior to WordCamp to go over everything. We do that in Miami because (1) everyone isn’t rushing around, the entire meetup is focused and (2) you have more than 30-40 minutes to answer questions, etc.
