joe I can vouch for starting early. Having organized two WordCamp North Cantons… it doesn’t seem like you can start early enough. We started planning WordCamp North Canton 2015 the next day after ours was over. We’ve got a bunch of things firmed up already… many others in place but too early to lock in. Sounds like Ann Arbor had a great WordCamp. Congrats to them!
