It takes a little extra time to set up, but when keeping with best practices, you wouldn’t commit any private passwords to the repository. And when everything is version controlled, you also don’t have the need to copy and rename files, like wp-config.php.save Definitely not trying to point this out directly to you Ryan, as it’s a really common mistake that can happen to anyone. It’s another solid reminder to always use version control though :)
