Tomas M. You cite an article back from 2008 :D Of course there will be specific settings where one plugin will be better than the other, I’m just sharing my experience. I assume (I may be wrong) Akismet accepts comments and analyses them to approve/reject, BB blocks bots before they can even touch the comment box.
