Godaddy user Godaddy just lost a big customer We have thousands of domains and now need to leave them because of this lame decision. 1. I don’t have time to wait on chat/phone for even 10 min, let alone 30 2. I need to be able to go back to old tickets to understand problems that happened in the past, as well as forward issues/resolutions to other people here at my company. This is apparently a huge step for Godaddy to kill off low effort customer issues, meaning, if they are not willing to wait on hold for 5 to 10 minutes, then it must not be an important problem, and the customer gives up and doesnt ask for the support they need P.S. Every 1 minute, the chat window hijacks my computer and whatever im tpying goes into the chat window.
