So I’m still a little confused on the what is considered “minor”.

Clearly minor is not getting me the development releases.
Minor will get me 3.7.1 (right?)

But will minor updates get me 3.8? Is a 0.1 upgrade “minor”?

I’d think a jump from 3.x to 4.0 would be considered major…?
