Brian Coords Local development with WordPress.com has been a major pain point. The fact that they’re starting to consider the basic dev needs that every other host (even WordPress VIP) already covers is progress. Having an app that sort of connects to your WordPress but doesn’t really work with any of your custom post types or plugins wasn’t really helpful.
