Tony Zeoli Wow! That’s a story! As a small agency owner, I can empathize with this situation. I’ve never experienced it, but I can see how that can happen with all the fraud going around the Internet these days. I’m fortunate to work with a good shop in India for over 12!years and I don’t have to much worry about these things, but anything can happen! If I were going to hire full time, I would certainly look locally and get references, as well as check any code and put someone through tests as Codeable does to ensure quality and commitment. I understand everyone’s busy and there are a lot of fish to fry, but a background check is so important.
