JC Mailen That sucks in so many ways. Even with a lot of due diligence you can get duped. For example, we’re very picky on long term highers and typically start with a probation period where additional access is given over time. We like to do that for about six months on a slow evaluation- especially for people who should be leads. It’s a pain, but we’ve also built an awesome team from people around the world that way. Been there almost a decade as a code monkey – great people. Not sure how i slipped in there, but the lesson is – no system is perfect ;-)
