Cory Birdsong This would be better solved by the ability for plugins to make custom inline blocks. There is an open issue from 2018 with no real movement on it: https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/10235 If that issue was addressed then the plugin author’s existing Icon Block plugin could simply add a second inline block that can pick from the same set of icons.
