basicD Great point. This also brings to the point that developing a theme that fits all the blocks is not more resource consuming than developing a theme for a particular client. Honestly, this puts the theme developers out of business ! Easy to replicate but hard to create from scratch. So it does not make sense to develop themes. On commercial front we are seeing people opting for Elementor over Gutenberg, we sell both version of our commercial theme and the ratio of Gutenberg usage is abysmal when compared to Elementor one.
