Mark Honestly, I think the WordPress community needs to vote with their wallets and boycott Cloudways, GoDaddy has always been a mess, but Cloudways is more premium and I also hate the fact that you can select Amazon as one of their cloud providers. Amazon is a rip off and they charge in arm and a leg. I personally prefer SITEGROUND and they use Google Cloud as their cloud provider.
