Per Søderlind A independent a11y review would have been very nice. Being the tech lead for the Norwegian Government WordPress sites, I’ll have to find funding to do a our own review (we’re using https://www.funka.com/en/) before I can introduce Gutenberg to our users. Not sure I’ll be able get the funding in 2019.
