Jason ‘fear of change’ is absolutely a legitimate feeling We’ll be looking at 500+ 1-star reviews by the end of the week if the current rate continues. This can’t all be attributed to “fear”, and it also feels unfair to attribute too much weight to the idea of negative reviewers being more motivated: there are simply far more thoughtful negative reviews than there are thoughtful positive ones. What’s coming out of some of the more recent reviews is a clear sense the new editor experience can never meet those users’ natural—and not entirely uncommon—writing flows.
