mark k. @jeffc for you and for me, it is not about shiny, but how do you explain the need to the non technical site owner? The only way is FUD, but the site owner itself had probably already experienced how upgrades can ruin his productivity… failures after chrome, windows, IOS and wordpress plugins updates, and he know this is not a risk free effort, so you will need a very good FUD which is much better than “it is EOL”.
