Tai ACF is a kickass plugin that does not belong in Core–by its mere definition/nature, it’s perfectly suited as a, well ….a plugin. Imagine that ;-) Also, you should re-think making something “standardized” when it relies on YetAnotherePlugin. Market it to ACF folks, but leave vanilla WP users alone.
