Syrehn 100% agree. Support times are atrocious, they never really got better even after the 2013 pricing model change; which is why they made that change in the first place. I’m not holding my breath that this increase will make a difference in support. It typically takes 3 – 5 business days (no weekends) to get a reply and even then it’s usually something that’s not overly helpful. I’ll be turning off all my auto-renews, no point not to at this stage in the game. For my personal sites if I need a plugin I’ll look at places like GPL Vault. I have 0 desire to give Woo my support or money after this nonsense.
