Doug Smith I love WooCommerce and so many of the extensions sold by Woo. I’m also happy to pay a fair price for the tools that help my business work. But part of what we pay for is support. Woo has been promising faster support for years and it just never seems to fully materialize. Unfortunately, they have not held up this promised part of the value proposition that balances the renewal price increase.
