Ask Matt Mullenweg, Re: “If you need a new design, you can browse thousands of themes, install, activate.” This statement completely ignores how frustrating and time-consuming it is to research “thousands of themes,” especially since WordPress themes are notoriously over-hyped and can take dozens of hours of to properly evaluate. While you may enjoy spending your time this way, most small business owners absolutely do not. Lastly, is it your position that WordPress should not be easier to learn and maintain?
