mark k. @wayne, and your point is? People that contract site development need to understand the basic needs of such an enterprise, and if they don’t, the developer needs to explain to them. When people buy a car, they know that the car should include engine, brakes, and it needs to be serviced for oil water etc. Well, they don’t have to know all those things to just buy a car, but they will get much more for their money if they do. Same with sites, some basic things like backup of code and data are…. basic. You can have a site without them but it is like driving car without ever paying attention to the status of the oil.
