Joan Margau User data is the voice of WordPress. I agree “knowledge is power,” it is the one resource most simple to gather. Just ask the user and they will tell you in their own voice. Then armed with this knowledge you have the “power” or information to make the changes or move in a certain direction. So much discussion about something so simple. At least this is how it appears to me, a user of WordPress.
