Chuck Right – and based on other articles I’ve read (including comments by Matt himself), the instant you make a single call to a WP function your entire project now has the GPL antibodies and must come under the GPL. WordPress.com does some interesting things related to scaling so I am looking forward to seeing the entire code library out on github. Let me know when that happens…
