Mark Fayard Ron, you make a lot assumptions. Given that, I’ll just assume you work for GoDaddy. Bottom line is if GD hosting doesn’t work for many as it didn’t for me and countless others than the newbies we’d both like to help will never even get through step 1. They’ll face frozen admin panels and FTP sessions, call GD support and get the run around. Contrary to your snarky assumptions, I was patient with GoDaddy techs to get things working properly for three weeks with multiple support techs all of which followed the same script and none of whom got things working. The retention guy said it all by suggesting I just go with a cPanel account. I’ll see your 1000 good GD reviews and raise you 10X that amount in bad reviews. Sorry to demote you to deputy wannabe but you’re not in charge here.
