Jeremy Wright Chip, truly sorry, we’re actually just releasing a 20GB plan as we speak for $10/month (ie: $5/month more for 4x the storage). What I’ll do, since it wasn’t clear, is up your plan to the 20GB limit at the $5 charge, as it wasn’t at all your fault that this wasn’t clear. Also, we’re adding this “Pro” plan to the website as we speak. Can you email me at jeremy@23press.com with your account email address and I’ll get this done ASAP? Your first backup will still run just fine (we absorb the hit on this in case users don’t know how much data they have) ,so you shouldn’t experience any interruption in service at all!
