Andreas Nurbo In the common use cases, I can see developers replacing admin-ajax calls with the rest api and gain significant performance on the front-end. Is there are performance increase? I dont use admin-ajax.php I’ve just hook into init and exit. Done so for years. Which is what most devs do (I think). Pretty easy. And getting REST like behavior is really easy.
