Someone who opens admin once a month without much technical knowledge can not expect the same result as some programmer or someone who paid for some service for this or at least as someone who open that dashboard several times per day :) It would be great if more people can see differences, that one website can be done almost for free while similar site can cost thousands of $ or hundreds of invested hours. The difference is somewhere there, not just these hours or dollars.
