Kjell, you’re killing me. I literally just chose a new theme for my site and now I’m going to have to switch to this gorgeous theme the minute it’s ready.

    Great work!

This really is a gorgeous new theme. Giving the users so much choice from the beginning will help get them up and running faster with a fancy new website!

Sarah, this is a really pretty theme! I think they just get better and better ever year when they come out. I’m using Astra right now, but counting down to the release.

This is absolutely the news I have been waiting for since several weeks ago! (actually I almost thought there was no new default theme this time)

This looks fantastic. A true multipurpose default theme. I’m looking forward to trying it out for church websites.

That is a really good news. I can not wait to instsll and try it.
I wonder how it would be to customize it in front end and PHP.

I’ve developed something similar, built on Bootstrap, with the upcoming FSE support. It was hard but it starts to take shape and fse is more stable now than months ago. If you want to try it out is called “WeCodeArt” in the wp.org repo. Keep in mind, if you want to try those kind of themes you need to install Gutenberg plugin.

This sounds like amazing news! I have been using a simple theme called Freddo for quite some time which I love, but I think I will definitely switch over to this new 2022 theme when it comes out. Thanks for sharing this 🙂
