  1. A question for Matt:

( Apologies if this is a bit dark. )

WordPress.org, and the WP community as a whole, is more than just a cool open source project- lots of hard work has built an economy that thousands of developers depend on for their livelihood.

How tied in is the success, and future, of WordPress.org to you as an individual (Matt) and how can you reassure those of us that depend on WP.org to support our families, that if something were to happen to you (sorry) that WP.org would keep going strong?

    Thanks!

My question is: What is the coolest WordPress Story or experience.

  3. Hi Matt, thank you for all that you do!

Ever since the multisite feature became a big part of WP, I can’t help but wonder if sub-sites (sub-domain or folder) will have this capability, too.

In other words, multisite within a multisite. Will this be a possibility in the near future?

    Again, many thanks!

  4. @Mike Jordan – Pretty interesting question. I believe (and I hope most would agree) that the community loves and supports this software on its own, that if for some reason Matt took a trip to Belize (thanks Saul Goodman), we would all still be here to create and keep the work going.

  5. Questions for Matt:

Any reason Akismet isn’t rolled into the Core and made standard for all?

Will WordPress.com ever offer options like Google Analytics andMeta Data Description tags? A few simple options like that would make wp.com a genuine solution for small business websites that need that info.

When you’re logged into WordPress.com, wordpress.com home page kinda sucks. Is Matt happy with the current wp ios apps and his plans for the guy that wrote the most excellent Poster?

Finally, would Matt like to speak at WordPress Dubbo when I get it organised?

    Cheers.

    Michael

  6. Hello tavern people!

I was very happy with the notice about matt’s interview, but I’m here on the chat and on stitcher and there is nothing about it. Can I have more information about it?

    Regards from Brasil!
