This past weekend, WordCamp Milwaukee 2013 took place. If you missed it, Brad Parbs has a short recap of the event complete with links to a bunch of different slides from presentations. With over 300 attendees this go around, I congratulate the event organizers on another successful WordCamp.

The folks behind Pressnomics have announced the dates for this years conference. It will be held on October 17th-19th. For those that don’t know, Pressnomics is a conference centered around the services and products that have created a successful and diverse economy around WordPress. Over the weekend, I had the opportunity to attend WordCamp North Canton located in North Canton, Ohio. The event took place on the Stark State College Campus within the Center for Entrepreneurship and was coordinated by Joe Rozsa. WordCamp San Francisco 2012 has released their sponsorship package prices and once again, the prices almost demand that you include your first born with the top spot. In 2009, the top sponsorship spot for the event was $15,000. In 2010 the top sponsorship spot would have cost you the same (more…)
Until now, details regarding WordCamp New York have been scarce to non-existent. However, Steve Bruner has published a post on the official site for the event and has notified everyone that this years event will take place on June 9th – 10th at Baruch College, the same location as 2010. (more…)
